To register for an account and participate in real-money gaming, you must be:

  • Physically located within the borders of a state where FanDuel Casino is licensed to operate (e.g., New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut).
  • Not on any self-exclusion list or otherwise prohibited from gambling by law.

2.2 Account Registration

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.3 Idle Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be deemed "Dormant" and subject to a monthly maintenance fee, as permitted by state law.

All games are governed by the specific rules available within the game interface. The results of our games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring fairness. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your device and our server records, the server records shall be the final authority.

4.2 Connection Issues

FanDuel is not liable for internet connection failures, hardware malfunctions, or other technical issues on the User's end that interrupt gameplay. Specific disconnection policies apply to different game types (e.g., Blackjack hands may auto-stand upon disconnection).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements outlined in the promotional offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the wagering requirement (playthrough) is met. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time and to reclaim bonuses obtained through abuse or irregular play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANDUEL GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved primarily through our Customer Support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact the gaming regulatory body in the state where the transaction occurred.
